摘要
针对某生产车间的设施布局现状存在的诸多不合理问题,采用系统布置设计(SLP)方法对车间进行了物流和非物流关系分析,绘制出了车间各作业单位位置相关图和作业单位面积相关图。根据车间的实际情况,确定了2套优化布局方案,并采用加权因素法对方案进行评价,从而确定了最佳布置方案。
According to the existing most unreasonable problems of the facility layout in XX workshop.Systematic layout planning（SLP）is applied to analyzed material and non-material flow interrelation of the workshop,the operation unit location correlation diagram and operation unit area correlation diagram are mapped out.According to the practice conditions,two optimization layout plans are got.The best layout scheme of the workshop is obtained by using the weighted factor method.
