摘要
通过不完全双列杂交对8个平菇亲本菌株的16个杂交组合进行18个数量性状的杂种优势及其相关研究,结果表明:平菇大多数性状的组合平均表现为无显性,第2茬产量、总产量等性状表现正向优势,间歇期、发菌期、第1茬成形期等性状表现负向优势,但不同组合性状优势表现存在明显差异。杂种优势构成基础在于出菇期、间歇期等生育期性状负向优势和菌丝生长速度、单菇重、菇数、盖径、盖厚、各茬产量等性状的正向优势。
The expression and sub trait formative base of yield heterosis was studied with 16 combinations crossed by 8 parental strains in Pleurotus .The results showed that the second flush yield and the total yield have positive dominance,the down time,the time of first primordial and the first flush sporophoroe growth period expressed negative dominance and the others are of no dominance.However there is a large difference among combinations on heterosis of traits.The negative dominance of the growth period,such as the first flush sporophoroe growth period and the down time,and the positive dominance of the mycelia growth rate,the weight per sporophoroe,the number of sporophoroes,the diameter,the thickness of pileus and the yield per flush are the character basis of strong heterosis in the yield.
