摘要
目的:利用ARIMA模型对木聚糖酶(Xylanase)F/10和G/11家族的进化过程进行分析,并分析两家族中同时含量较高的氨基酸在进化中的特征。方法:计算出每条序列中均含量较高的几种氨基酸,利用SAS时间序列中的ARIMA模型,选取木聚糖酶F/10和G/11两个家族的各十条进化阶段不同的序列,设计一个时间序列实验进行分析。结果:F/10家族的进化是平稳的,甘氨酸含量逐渐降至7%左右,缬氨酸的含量稳定的保持在7%上下,而G/11家族的进化存在较大波动,甘氨酸含量升至14%左右,丙氨酸含量相对于F/10家族稳定。结论:F/10家族的进化比G/11家族稳定,甘氨酸在两家族进化存在明显差异,这对研究木聚糖酶分子的进化以及同义密码子的偏好性具有一定的指导意义。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the evolution of the F/10 and G/11 families by ARIMA model,and analyze the evolutionary characteristics of the amino acids which were had to be higher levels in the two families.Method:10 different sequences of evolutionary stages were selected and the content of amino acid in each sequence was calculated,and then by the ARIMA model,an experiment of time series was designed.Result:It was a smooth evolution of the F/10 family,the content of glycine was gradually decreased to about 7% and valine was steady at 7%,while there was a greater volatility to the G/11 family among the evolution,the content of glycine was up to 14%.Conclusion:The F/10 family was to be stabled of the evolutionary,and a significant difference in the evolution of the two families was existed by the glycine,that was a good result to the study of the evolution of xylanase molecules and the synonymous codon bias.
