摘要
对杨梅属植物的24个材料(其中包含4个种、两个雄株,其余为变种、品种)进行了RAPD带型及聚类分析。结果表明:RAPD技术能将起源于北美中心的蜡杨梅与起源于中国的3个种明显区分开,起源于中国的3个种各自聚类,各材料之间都有不同的遗传距离,证明RAPD技术可作为种级水平的分类鉴定依据。对RAPD技术在杨梅属植物分类研究中的问题进行了讨论。
Twenty four accessions(including four species,two male plants and some varieties and cultivars)were tested by RAPD Analysis.The results from RAPD patterns and cluster analysis indicated: Myrica cerifera L.originated in North American could be distinctly distinguished from the other three species which oringinated in China by RAPD technique.Three Chinese species were also clustered into different groups respectively,there were different distance between any two accessions.It showed that RAPD technique could be used for classifying and identifying at the level of species.Finally,the possibility of RAPD technique to be used in identification of Myrica was disscussed.
