摘要
针对国产200MW汽轮发电机在运行中出现的轴系自激振动现象,根据测量试验的机组运行工况参数与轴系振动特征的响应关系,结合转子动力学的自激振动机理及数学分析,定性判断是由于蒸汽间隙的差异而导致的汽流扰动作用,使高压汽轮机转子落入第一临界转速区形成涡动振荡。这种基于透平装置结构型的自激振动故障原因的分析诊断,在汽轮机的解体检查测量中得到验证。
Abstract Self-excited vibration is often found with the shaft system of domestically 200 MW steam turbine units.Based upon relationship between the mea surement of trubine operation conditions and the features of shaft-steam vibration,some conclusions are draw in this paper by using the mechanism of self-excited vibration and the mathematical analysis in rotor dynamics.It points out that this self-excited vibration is induced by the steam dis turbance deviated from the radial-gap of HP turbine rotor.
