摘要
通过采用表面活性剂为洗涤剂,对FJ纤维滤料做吸油后洗脱再生的定性定量试验研究,采用PT活性剂/无机盐电解质M或N/水=0.1~1.0g/2.0或1.5g/100g比例配方,纤维表面残留油量在10mg/g(纤维)以下,洗净率达99%左右。通过试验研究,从理论上探讨了表面活性剂从纤维表面去除油污的过程机理,指出只有在加入表面活性剂后,油膜在纤维-水界面上接触角θ0>90°,乳化、置换-滚落、加溶作用才能将油污完全从纤维表面去除。而且无机电解质的加入量是使θ0>90°的关键。
By using surfactants as washing agent,the oily fiber filter material can be cleaning if the consistency of washing liquid is sufficient.when the consistency of PT surfactant/electrolyte M or N/water is 0.1~1.0 g/2.0 or 1.5 g/100 g,the oil on the surface of the washed FJ fiber is reduced by below 10 mg oil/1.0 g fiber.The washout rate reaches over 99%. This paper also describes theoretically the process of washing by surfactant to remove oil from the surface of FJ fiber.
