摘要
石英砂滤料经氧化铝表面涂层处理后,除浊效果得到显著改善,改性剂的pH值和滤料的反冲洗周期是影响改性滤料除浊率的两个主要因素.结果表明,在相同的进水水质条件下,改性剂未经pH值调节制备的改性滤料与普通滤料相比,浊度平均去除率由69.29%提高到73.13%,除浊率提高了5.54%;改性剂经过pH值调节(pH值为8-10)制备的改性滤料与普通滤料相比,浊度平均去除率由60.05%提高到77.45%,除浊率提高了17.4%,明显优于未经pH调节制备的改性滤料的除浊效能.同时.为了保证除浊效果,改性滤料需定期进行反冲洗,反冲洗周期不宜高于48h.
The quartz sand filter media coated with alumina is applied in water treatment technology, by this means, its capability of removing turbidity is enhanced. The pH value of modification reagent and backwashing period of filter media are the two main factors which influence the efficiency of removing turbidity. Results indicate that when the feed water property is similar, the ratio of removing turbidity are 73. 13% and 69. 29% respectively between the modified media which is not adjusted by pH value and the ordinarily quartz sand filter media. In contrast with the ordinarily quartz sand filter media, the turbidity removal ratio of the modified media adjusted by pH value is 77.45% , while the removal ratio of the former is 60. 05% , the 17.4% and 5.54% increase are achieved by the two means of modification technologies. Furthermore, in order to ensure the effect of turbidity removal, the feasible backwashing period is less than 48 h.
