摘要 高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)的广泛使用很大程度上控制HIV/AIDS患者的HIV,使血浆HIV-RNA下降到检出限之下,显著降低了AIDS及其相关病症的发生,但实践证明感染者体内仍有病毒潜伏存储库。静息型CD4+T细胞HIV潜伏存储库是主要的存储库,同时也是根除HIV的主要障碍,具有半衰期长、持续时间长、容易反弹等特点,现有的治疗策略无法对其清除,寻找有效的抑制HIV存储库的治疗策略已成为治疗HIV/AIDS的重要目标。 With the advent of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART),which could lead a substantial decline in the incidence of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)and AIDS-related mortality,control of viral replication is now possible.However,the persistence of various viral reservoirs in infected individuals exists.A pool of latently infected cells in the resting CD4+T cell compartment has been one of the most extensively studied to date and is considered to be a major impediment to HIV eradication.It has been proved that long intrinsic half-life of such a latent HIV reservoir lead to bounce of disease easily.It has been proved the current strategies for the elimination of latent infection and resting CD4^+ T cells can not be effective.To find effective strategies for suppression of latent HIV reservoir has become an important treatment for HIV/AIDS.
