摘要
对SX-1型低汽气比铜系高变催化剂的研究表明,在030~045的汽气比条件下,该催化剂具有很高的活性和良好的热稳定性。工厂侧流试验显示,其活性和选择性高于铁基催化剂,在适宜的进气温度下热稳定性好,强度高,且无费一托副反应发生,能满足节能型合成氨厂的工况要求。
The laboratory study showed that the SX-1 type Cu-based catalyst had high activity and good heat stability for CO shift reaction on conditions that the high temperature and low steam-to-carbon ratio (0.300.45). The test in side-stream on commercial plant indicated that the activity and the selectivity of SX-1 type Cu-based catalyst were much higher than those of Fe-based catalyst. The Cu-based catalyst have good stability and strength, and without F-T side reaction at proper entry temperature .It can meet the requirements of operating mode for energy-saving NH3 synthesis plant.
