摘要
目的:观察可吸收棒治疗下尺桡分离的疗效。方法:对9例下尺桡分离的患者采用可吸收棒固定,参考Gartland和W erley术后临床(功能)恢复情况和X线检查综合判定疗效。结果:本组病例全部获得随访,随访8～23个月,平均17个月。所有腕关节功能恢复满意,疗效评价为优,无良及差级病例。结论:可吸收棒治疗下尺桡分离具有无需二期手术、简单方便等优点,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective：To observe the results of biodegradable stick in treatment of distal radioulnar dislocation.Methods The injured distal radioulnar dislocation were fixed with biodegradable stick in 9 patients.Their outcomes were evaluated according to Gartland and Werley criteria.Results：The follow-ups for the 9 patients lasted from 8 to 23 months,with all average of 17 months.All the 9 cases were assessed as good,and no fair or poor cases were found.Conclusion：Fixation with biodegradable stick is believed to be a good simple method to treat the injury of distal radioulnar dislocation without the need of a second operation to remove implants.
