摘要
丙烯酸钠共聚反相悬浮体系稳定性、反应温度、丙烯酸中和度等对反应过程的影响进行了研究,研究表明:通过悬浮剂的复配可建立稳定的悬浮体系;控制适当的中和度和单体浓度,既有利于悬浮体系的稳定,又有利于反应的进行,提高单体转化率;聚合反应温度在影响体系的稳定性同时,亦影响反应的进行;搅拌速度。
The stability of copolymerization of acrylic acid acrylate by inverse suspension,the effects of reactive temperature and acrylic acid neutralization on copolymerization were studied in this article.It revealed that the stable system was formed by compounding surfactants,proper neutralization and monomer concentration was of benefit not only to systematic stability buy also to reaction and raising monomer change.Reactive temperature effected on systematic stability and copolymerzation,and stirring speed and phase ratio did also.
