聚电解质分散剂对ZnO悬浮体流变性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了聚电解质分散剂PMAA-NH4对ZnO悬浮体流变性的影响。结果表明:pH在9 ̄10.5,分析剂用量为0.2 ̄0.3wt%时,ZnO悬浮体粘度最低。此条件下,可制得固相量达43vol%(81wt%)、粘度仅为237mPa·S的稳定悬浮体。 In the paper, the effect of polyelectrolyte on the rheological properties of zinc oxide aqueous suspen sion was studied.The results showed that the viscosity of suspension was lowest when the pH value between 9 to10. 5, and the amount of the disperat about 0.2 ~ 0.3wt%. At this condition, the viscosity of zinc oxide aqueous suspension was only 237mPa·S while its volume fraction was 43 percent.
