摘要
在深港西部通道工程中,通过超缓凝型减水剂和粉煤灰的双掺技术,成功配制出3 d强度<3 MPa,坍落度在1 h内基本无损失的大流动性水下混凝土。通过大掺量粉煤灰,不但降低了水泥和缓凝型外加剂的用量,节约了成本,还降低了坍落度的经时损失,并且又密实了混凝土,大大提高了混凝土的抗海水侵蚀能力,同时强度也能满足设计的要求。
High fluidity underwater concrete was applied for Shenzhen-Hong Kong western corridor.The strength of concrete at 3d was less than 3MPa and the slump loss of 1h is nearly 0.The cement and retarding admixture dosage decreased by using high volume fly ash.Meanwhile the cost and slump loss decreased.The resistance attack of concrete to sea water improved because of its high intensity.The strength development of concrete can meet the design requirement.
