摘要
深井钻井中,转速对钻速的影响非常明显,当转速达到某一值时,就会引起钻柱共振,导致钻速降低。在对钻井钻柱进行力学分析的基础上,建立深井钻柱临界转速的计算模型nc=30P/。通过某油田X地区的实际数据计算,表明该地区的转速可再提高15转/分左右。
In deep drilling, effects of RPM on ROP are very remarkable. When RPM reaches a certain value,drill string resonance will happen, and then ROP will be reduced. After having analysed the mechanics of drill.string, a model nc =30p/ for calculating the critical RPM of deep well drill string is established. And a calculation using real data obtained from X area of some oilfield is done, it shows that the RPM in this area can be increased 15r/min more.
