摘要
目的 观察尼莫地平注射液对周围神经损伤再生动物模型的影响.方法 40只SD大鼠随机分为给药(尼莫地平)组与对照组,所有动物离断左侧坐骨神经后予以神经外膜间断缝合造周围神经损伤再生模型.给药组隔日术侧肌肉注射尼莫地平0.5ml,对照组给与等量生理盐水.术后定期行坐骨神经功能评估和神经生理指标测定,并于12周时取材行形态学观察.结果 给药组在坐骨神经功能、神经电生理及形态学指标上均优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 尼莫地平注射液可明显促进周围神经损伤的再生.
Objective To the study effect of nimodipine injection on sciatic nerve transected animal models. Methods: Forty SD rats were assigned into drug group and control group at random. Each animal under- went sciatic nerve transection operation. After the operation, 0.Sml nimodipine injection was injected locally at the operation side in the drug group, while the same volume of normal saline was administrated in the control group. Nerve functional evaluation and electrophysiolo gical index recording were carried out. the morphological studies would start in 12 weeks postoperatively. Results: SFI, elect top hysiological index and morphological appearance in drug group show better condition than control group (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Nimodipine injection is a potent regeneration enhancer for transected perip heral nerve.
