摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者血清同型半胱胺酸(Hcy)水平的变化和可溶性CD40L(sCD40L)水平的相关性。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法对42例急性心梗患者进行了血清Hcy和血清sCD40L检测,并与40例正常健康人做比较。结果急性心肌梗死患者血清Hcy与sCD40L水平非常显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),血清Hcy水平与sCD40L水平呈明显正相关(r=0.594,P<0.01)。结论急性心肌梗死患者血清Hcy与sCD40L水平密切相关。
Objective To study on relationship between changes of serum Hcy and soluble CD40 ligand（sCD40L） levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Serum Hcy and sCD40L（with ELISA） levels were measured in 42patients with acute myocardial infarction and 40 controls.Results Levels of serum Hcy and sCD40L were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls（P0.01）,these two variations were significantly positively correlated（r=0.594,P0.01）.Conclusion Serum Hcy and sCD40L levels might be highly correlated in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
