摘要
目的观察不同疗程脾氨肽口服冻干粉对小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRI)者免疫功能的影响及临床疗效。方法 120例RRI患儿随机分为两组:A组66例服用2个月脾氨肽口服冻干粉,B组54例服用1个月脾氨肽口服冻干粉,治疗前后分别测定患儿T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体等变化情况。结果两组总有效率分别为87.87%和83.33%,组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论脾氨肽口服冻干粉能增强RRI患儿的免疫功能,1个月和2个月疗程方案近、远期疗效相同,但1个月疗程方案疗程短,病人依从性好,费用减半,效价比优于2个月疗程方案。
Objective To observe the immunologic effect and the clinic effect of Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder with different treatment regimens in the treatment of repeated respiratory infection（RRI）. Methods 120 cases of RRI children were divided into two groups randomly.Group A was treated with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder for 2 months,and group B was given the same treatment for 1 month.T cell subgroup,immunoglobulin and addiment were detected before after treatment. Results Total effective rates in group A and group B were 87.87% and 83.33% respectively.There was no significant difference based on the therapeutic efficacy between group A and group B（P〉0.05）,but immunologic indexes such as CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgA and IgM incrased significantly（P〈0.05 or 0.01） while CD8 decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder can strengthen immunologic function in RRI children.The outcome of patients in one-month and two-month regimen is similar,but the former had good Compliance and cost saving.
