摘要
目的观察两种复合树脂充填V类洞的近期疗效。方法50例患者200个楔状缺损分两组制备V类洞,分别使用3M和杜拉菲勒两种光固化树脂修复,经1年的临床观察,评定疗效。结果3M复合树脂修复组成功率达94%,杜拉菲勒修复组成功率85%。结论相同洞形设计的两种树脂在微渗漏及边缘密合性等材料性能上有差异。
Objective To observe the effect of Complex Resin materials in filling V type cavity. Methods 200 wedge defects teeth of 50 patients were treated and they were followed up 1 year. The curative effect was assessed. Results The successful rate was 94% in 3M and 85 % in Dulafeile. Conclusion There might be some difference in micro- infiltration and closing between two complex materials in filling this cavity.
