摘要
某弹载雷达系统采用先进的毫米波雷达制导技术。毫米波天线缝隙阵列板较以往加工的平板天线有壁厚薄、精度高、腰型槽尺寸小等特点。文章针对该类零件的技术特点,合理进行工艺优化,在机床及刀具选择、工装夹具设计和数控程序优化等方面进行深入研究,实现了技术要求,缩短了天线的研制生产周期,提高生产效率。
The model of missile-radar system introduced millimeter wave technology. The characteristic of millimeter wave slot antenna array features thin wall, high precision and small dimension of groove etc. Basis on the part's technology,the paper expounds the manu- facture process, such as technology optimization, the choice of machine tool and cutter,fixture layout and cutting parameters were analyzed and researched. It is proved that this method is of practical significance in simplifying the design time, shortening the cycle of design, increasing the work efficiency.
