摘要
目的:比较川芎不同商品规格化学成分,探讨中药材商品规格与药材化学成分的相关性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定川芎药材中阿魏酸、藁本内酯含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定川芎药材中总酚、多糖含量。结果:不同规格川芎四种化学成分含量均无显著性差异。结论:川芎化学成分与商品规格无明显相关性。
Objective：To compare different specifications of the Chuanxiong goods in chemical composition,discussing Chuanxiong traditional medicinal products specifications and chemical compositions.Methods：Using HPLC method to determine content of ferulic acid and ligustilide in Chuanxiong.Using UV method to determine the content of total phenolic acids and polysaccharides in chuanxiong.Results：Different specifications of the goods in chemical composition content is no correlation.Conclusion：There is no correlation between commodity specifications and chemical composition.
