川产道地药材川芎重金属富集能力及健康风险分析 被引量:33

Enrichment ability and health risk assessment of heavy metals in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort origined from Sichuan Province in China

摘要 在中药材川芎产区随机选择了15个采样点,采集90株川芎样本和90份根系土壤样本,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了川芎块茎及其根系土壤中Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn、As等7种重金属的含量,通过生态风险评价模型和健康风险评价模型对其可能造成的危害进行评估,并对7种重金属的吸收富集特征进行研究.实验表明,4个产区的土壤样本中只有什邡市样点存在单一重金属Cd超标的现象,其他3个产区均存在两种或两种以上重金属超标问题,但是总的生态风险却较低.川芎块茎中也存在Cd超标现象,但是通过健康风险评价模型可以看出,在7种重金属共存的情况下,服用人群在服用川芎煎剂后并不具有非致癌风险. Contamination of herbal drugs by heavy metals has caused major concern in recent years. Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort is widely used as herbal drugs in clinical practice of Chinese Medicine which is mainly planted in Sichuan Province in China. Fifteen sampling sites which distributed in Pengzhou, Shifang, Dujiangyan, Chengdu regions in Sichuan province were chosen to obtain 90 herbal samples of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort and the soils around their roots respectively. Then ICP-MS was used to measure heavy metal (Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn, As) concentrations in them. The experimental result through the models of potential ecological risk and health risk assessment shows that only Shifang region has the problem of single heavy metal exceeding the standard (Cd). Other regions were polluted by at least two heavy metals. In addition the Hazard Quotient (HQ) values for single elements indicated no non-carcinogenic risks from these 7 elements for patients under the dose consumption of Ligusticum chuanxiong herbal drugs, although the content of Cd in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort samples exceeded the limit standards.
