摘要
目的探讨简化护理文书的管理对策。方法充分利用"军字一号"医院信息系统中网络信息资源开发表格式护理电子文书。结果建立"表格式护理电子文书"系统,并于全院推广应用,减少护士书写时间,提高护理服务质量。结论表格式护理电子文书的研发和应用规范护理文书书写,提高文书质量和书写效果。
Objective To discuss on the measures to simplify nursing documents management.Methods Make use of the information fully of ＂Military No.1 Project＂ hospital information system to develop format electric nursing documents.Results The ＂table format electric nursing documents＂ system was established,and applied in the hospital,which has decreased the writing time of the nurses.Conclusions The development and application of electric table format nursing documents can specify the nursing documents writing and improve the quality.
