摘要
目的:对门诊采血室采血采用单人核对与双人核的效果进行对比分析。方法:选择2006年至2007年采血患者160270例。其中2006年72850例采用双人核对作为对照组;2007年87420例采用单人核对作为实验组。比较2组核对方法采血出现的误差率。结果:实验组与对照组比较误差率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:单人核对采血提高护理工作效率,减少误差的发生,节省人员,优于双人核对。
Objective： To compare the effect of check by one person and check by two persons when collecting blood sample in the blood sample collecting room in the outpatient department. Methods： 87 420 patients in 2007 were checked by one person when eollecting blood sample as the experiment group, while 72 850 patients in 2006 checked by two persons as the control group. The error rate of the two groups was comapared. Results： The error rate of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group （0.01 〈 P 〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion： Check by one person when collecting blood sample can increase nursing efficiency, decrease error, save human resource.
