等离子熔积制备金属-陶瓷梯度材料过程数值模拟

Numerical Simulation on Metal-ceramic Functional Gradient Material Prepared by Plasma Deposition

摘要 采用FLUENT软件模拟了等离子熔积制备金属-陶瓷梯度材料,分析了不同热源功率下熔池形貌和流场特征,计算了功能梯度材料中陶瓷体积分数沿高度方向的分布,讨论了熔积层组分分布与熔池形貌和流场的关系,探讨了热源功率和热源移动速度对陶瓷梯度体积分数的影响。最后用等离子熔积成形法制备了Al2O3-不锈钢功能梯度材料,验证了模拟计算结果的正确性。 The process of metal-ceramic functional gradient material (FGM), which was prepared by plasma deposition manufacturing (PDM), was simulated by FLUENT software. The influences of flow filed and pattern of molten pool on the volume fraction of deposition layer were analyzed. The volume fraction changes as the height of the deposition layer increasing in FGM and the effects of heat source power on the change of volume fraction were analyzed. At last, the correctness of the simulation results was proved.
