摘要
建立了气相色谱法同时测定染发类化妆品中10种苯二胺类化合物的方法。试样用甲醇处理经超声波提取后,采用毛细管气相色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。10种苯二胺类化合物的线性相关系数均大于0.996,样品加标回收率在70%～118%之间,相对标准偏差为2.1%～8.1%。
A method of gas chromatography was established for synchronous determining 10 kinds of phenylenediamine colorants in cosmetic. Sample was extracted by ultrasonic in methanol. The phenylenediamine colorants were separated by the capillary gas chromatography column and detected by FID. The correlation coefficients of 10 kinds of phenylenediamine colorants were above 0. 996, the recoveries were between 70% and 118%, the relative standard deviation（RSD） ranged from 2.1% to 8.1%.
