摘要
[目的]有机氧化型染发剂中苯二胺类物质的测定方法研究及西宁市区染发作业场所使用的染发剂中邻、对、间苯二胺含量监测。[方法]样品经乙酸乙酯超生提取,离心过滤、定容后用毛细管气相色谱分离,FID检测。[结果]试验表明,邻、间、对苯二胺三种物质在0.1~5.0 mg/ml浓度范围内,峰面积与待测物含量有较好的线性。邻、对、间苯二胺3种物质最小检出限(信噪比S/N=3)分别为25、10和30 ng。采用本法测定13种染发剂样品,结果显示:西宁市区销售和使用的染发剂中邻、对、间苯二胺含量相对较低,均低于《化妆品卫生规范》-1999(﹤6%)的要求。[结论]该方法操作简捷,检测限低,线性范围合理,可作为有机染发剂中苯二胺类物质的日常检测方法。
[Objective] To study the capillary GC method for analyzing m-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamine and o-phenylenediamine in hair colour cosmetics and the monitoring of the contents of m-phenylezediamine, p-phenylenediamine and o-phenylenediamine in hair colour cosmetics. [ Methods] Samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and injected into GC analysis system with the capillary column, no split injection mode and FID. [Results] The determination method had wide linear range from 0.1 to 5 mg/ml. The lowest detection level of m-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamine and o-phenylenediamine was 25, 10 and 30ng respectively. The eontents of m-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamine and o-phenylenediamine in hair eolour cosmetics in 13 hair colour eomestics in Xining was lower than the requirement of "hygiene of comestics" standard. [ Conclusion] The assay method is with easy operation procedure, low detection limit and acceptable linear range, which can be applied in daily deteetion of Phenylenediamine in hair eolour comesties.
