呼和浩特地区不同养殖模式下引起奶牛隐性乳房炎的主要致病菌 被引量:2

摘要 本试验通过采集呼和浩特不同的地区的不同养殖模式(牧场、小区、奶站)的奶样,进行实验室的分离、培养及鉴定,分析引起呼和浩特地区奶牛乳房炎发病的主要致病菌,为针对性预防和治疗乳房炎提供理论基础。结果显示,呼和浩特地区乳腺炎以金黄色葡萄球菌感染为主,以环境性病原微生物感染为辅。金黄色葡萄球菌引起的乳腺炎仍是困扰呼市奶牛养殖业的主要问题,环境性病原菌感染引起的乳腺炎也是影响奶牛养殖的大难题。 In this experiment,milk samples from different breeding mode(dairy herds,cultivation district and milking station) of Hohhot areas were collected for cultivation,isolation,identification in the laboratory and in order to analyze the main pathogenic bacteria of cow mastitis in the region.The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus was the main pathogenic bacterium,and environmental pathogenic microorganism was subsidiary pathogenic bacterium in areas of Hohhot.The primary problem in the dairy industry was mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus,environmental pathogenic microorganism was also a heavy trouble in the cattle breeding.
