摘要
介绍了平流层通信的概念及其在军事中应用的特点。提出了实现平流层通信的关键技术，分析了通信平台的高度选择、载体选择以及平台动力和能源的解决办法。最后提出了平流层通信在军事中的几个应用。
The concept of stratospheric communication and its features used in military are introduced. The key technique of implementing the stratospheric communication is presented, the selection of altitude and vehicle of the communication platform and the solution of its power and energy are analyzed, and several kinds of application of stratospheric communication in military are presented.
