平流层通讯平台及其运行过程中的控制 被引量:2

摘要 对平流层通讯平台 自主飞艇的概念、工作原理、诞生背景及其目前国内外的发展状况做了介绍,并从通讯质量、通讯流量、通讯容量、频道资源利用率等方面与通讯卫星、地面通讯站做出比较,描述了自主飞艇在升空、驻空、回收过程中的工作环境,并对飞艇在各个过程中可供选择的控制手段及控制策略进行初步探讨。指出目前国内发展平流层信息平台 自主飞艇所面临的技术上、经济上的困难,我国科技工作者当前可以做的工作。 Concept, runprinciple, naissancebackground and development situation at present of Stratospheric telecommunication platformunmanned autonomous airship (SIATPS) are introducedfurther more, SIATPS is compared with telecommunication satellite and ground telecommunication workstation in quality, capacity, flow rate and channel resource utilizingratio etc. The airship's performing background in the course of ascending stationkeeping, recovery and possible control measurements and strategies in the course are discussed, the current difficulties and likely research development about the control of SIATPS in our country are pointed out.
