复合式行为干预降低小学生肥胖危险因素的研究 被引量:1

MULTIPLEX BEHAVIOR INTERVENTION TO DECREASE THE OBESITY RISK FACTORS IN PUPILS

摘要 目的降低小学生肥胖危险因素并探索科学的干预方法。方法在天津市选取3所小学,1~5年级学生共1674人,其中2所为干预组920人(男478,女442);1所为对照组754人(男383,女371)。在干预校中开展为期1年的"快乐10分钟"+健康教育复合式行为干预,对照校不采取任何干预措施。结果试验后干预校学生的腰臀比(waist-to-hip ratio,WHR)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组正常学生比例比试验前明显上升(P<0.05),而轻度、重度肥胖比例明显下降(P<0.05);干预组学生血中的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterin,LDL-C)明显下降而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterin,HDL-C)明显升高(P<0.05);试验后干预组学生蔬菜、水果、奶类的摄入量明显增加且明显高于对照组(P<0.05),饮食结构更加合理,身体活动时间明显增加并且与肥胖相关的知识认知正确率有所提高。结论在学校中采用"快乐10分钟"+健康教育的复合式行为干预对降低小学生肥胖危险因素是有效和可行的。 Objective To decrease the obesity risk factors in pupils and to explore an effective intervention method.Method Three elementary schools were selected,of which two schools were under intervention and one school was control.Multiplex behavior intervention(happy 10+health education) was run in the intervention schools.Results After intervention,WHR,FBG,and TG in the intervention schools were significantly lower than those in the control school(P〈0.05).The proportion of normal body weight of students in the intervention schools increased significantly(P〈0.05),while that of the median and severe obesity decreased significantly(P〈0.05).LDL-C was decreased and HDL-C increased significantly(P〈0.05) in the intervention schools and the intake of vegetables,fruits and milk was increased(P〈0.05).The physical actisity time was increased significantly and the knowledge related to obesity was also increased in the intervention schools(P〈0.05).Conclusion The multiplex behavior intervention(happy 10+health education) was feasible and effective to decrease the obesity risk factors in pupils.[ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2011,33(2):134-137]
