摘要
目的观察热毒宁联合利巴韦林注射液治疗儿童手足口病的疗效。方法将200例手足口病住院患儿随机分为2组,观察组100例,对照组100例。观察组静脉给予热毒宁注射液(0.5￣0.8)mL/(kg.d),联合静滴利巴韦林10 mg/(kg.d)。对照组单用利巴韦林针剂静脉滴注,疗程7 d。如合并感染,两组均给予青霉素20 mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,其他对症治疗相同。对临床体征变化进行分析。结果观察组临床症状及体征均较对照组消失早,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗儿童手足口病疗效好,无明显毒副作用。
【Objective】 To explore the efficacy of reduning joints Ribavirin to treat Hand,Foot and Mouth disease.【Methods】 The 200 clinically diagnosed cases of Hand,Foot and Mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group 100 cases and the control group 100 cases,in the conventional treatment on the basis of the observation group reduning by intravenous injection,（0.5~0.8） mL/（kg·d） the intravenous injection of Ribavirin,10 mg/（kg·d）,2 times/d;control group single intravenous injection with Ribavirin.Seven days for one periods of treatment.If they were combined with infection,the two groups were both treated by intravenous injection Penicillin 20 mg/（kg·d）,the other treatment were same.In the process of treatment the change of symptoms and signs were observed everyday.【Results】 Observation group,the total effective rate were significantly better than the control group,（P 0.05）.The clinical symptoms and signs of patients in the observation group disappeared earlier than in the control group.【Conclusion】 Reduning joints Ribavirin to treat Hand,Foot and Mouth disease can shorten the treatment period and improve the curative in children with HFMD with no obvious side effects.
