Advance in the research of hand-foot-mouth disease

摘要 手足口病（Hand-foot—mouthdisease，简称HFMD）是肠道病毒引起的常见传染病之一，多发生于5岁以下的婴幼儿，可引起发热和手足、口腔等部位的皮疹、溃疡，个别患者可引起心肌炎、肺水肿、无菌性脑膜脑炎等致命性并发症。可引发手足口病的肠道病毒有20多种，柯萨奇病毒（CoxasckieviruslA16型（CoxA16）是最常见的一种。1997年以来，肠道病毒71型（EV71）感染为主的HFMD在马来西亚、台湾、新加坡等地大规模爆发流行，引起世界各国关注和警惕。我国于1982年开始有所报道。该病多发生于夏季，近期在我国一些地区有流行的趋势。笔者对其进展情况作如下综述。
