摘要
城市中心商务区是城市大量交通出行的集聚地,其高容量的开发模式给自身的交通带来了巨大的压力,不同性质的交通流对商务区交通产生了巨大的影响,落后的交通系统和管理方式也降低了商务区的交通运行效率。针对城市中心商务区的特点及交通问题,提出通过完善区域路网结构减少商务区过境交通、到发交通、内部交通在空间和时间上的冲突;通过引导和发展以公共交通为主体的绿色交通出行结构从总量上减少交通出行量;通过智能交通系统及交通需求管理方法促进和完善绿色交通运转的三个方面,建设、引导和发展城市中心商务区的绿色交通体系,从而促进城市中心商务区交通的和谐运转。结合宁波南部商务区的规划及建设情况,验证措施的科学性、可行性和实用性。
CBD is the focal point of traffic gathering.Usually,in the CBD,high-density development will bring heavy loading on the traffic,and different transport model also impacts on it,in addition,the old transport system and management will decrease the efficiency of traffic operation.Regarding the feature of CBD and traffic problems,three solutions have been given：（1） to reduce the spatial and time conflicts among the through traffic,arrival and departure traffic,internal traffic,via the way of improving road-net framework;（2） to reduce the number of transportation trip,through guiding and developing green transport based on bus;（3） to improve and perfect the operation of green transport,using ITS（Intelligent Traffic System）.All these ideas are used to create,guide and develop the green transport in the CBD.To verify the feasibility of above solutions,the South Business District in Ningbo city was taken as case study.
