摘要
为深入研究免耕播种机破茬开沟装置切割秸秆的切割机理,以玉米秸秆为研究对象,应用万能材料物理试验机等仪器,对玉米秸秆在不同含水率时的物理机械特性进行试验研究。研究结果表明,在玉米秸秆直径和变形位移相同的情况下,随着玉米秸秆含水率的不断增加,秸秆弯曲载荷呈先下降后平稳趋势、穿刺载荷呈不断的下降趋势。
To further research on the cutting mechanism of no-tillage seeder broken corn-straw open ditch device,in this paper corn straw was studied as an object and physical mechanics characteristics for corn straw were studied in different moisture contents by universal material physical test enginery and so on. The results of experiment showed that in corn straw diameter and deformation under the same,with the increasing of the moisture content of corn straw,straw bending load was firstly decline after smooth trends,puncture load was constantly downtrend.
