摘要 目的探讨胫骨平台骨折的微创治疗方法。方法自2005年6月至2007年6月,对49例胫骨平台骨折患者行不同的微创治疗。男28例,女21例;年龄18~55岁,平均37.6岁;受伤至来诊时间2h~2周,平均2.7d。合并前交叉韧带损伤3例,合并后交叉韧带损伤2例,1例同时合并前、后交叉韧带损伤,合并半月板损伤6例。结果本组47例获得8个月~3年的随访(平均13.6个月)。根据Hohl膝关节功能评价方法,按疼痛、主动活动能力及活动范围、稳定性及患者自我评价等五个项目进行综合平分,优18例,良25例,可4例,优良率91.5%。结论随着微创技术的发展,胫骨平台骨折的治疗理念不断更新,但也应认识到各种微创技术的局限性,科学评价其优越性,只有采用个体化微创治疗方案,才能取得最佳的治疗效果。 Objective To explore the less invasive treatment of the tibial plateau fractures.Methods From June 2005 to June 2007,the less invasive treatments were performed on 49 cases tibial plateau fractures.The mean age of the patients was 37.6 yeatrs(18~55 years),which consisted of 28 males and 21 females.The average time to be injured was 2.7 days(2 hours~2 weeks).In this group,complicating injuries of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)3 cases,injuries of posterior cruciate ligaments(PCL)2 cases,injuries of ACL and PCL 1 case,injuries of meniscus 6 cases.Results 47 cases were followed up for average 13.6 months(8 months^3 years).According to the functional assessment of the knee of Hohl,to refer to pain,locomotor activity,home range,stability and self-assessment.The excellent results were 18 cases,good were 25 cases,The excellent and good rate was 91.5%.Conclusion With the development of the less invasive technique,the treatment principle of tibial plateau fracture is refreshed unceasingly.We should recognize the local of the various kinds less invasive techniques,estimate the superiority scientifically.and used the less invasive treatment of individualization.We got the optimal therapeutic efficacy.
