摘要
目的探讨关节镜技术在胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用与疗效。方法采用关节镜监视下复位胫骨平台关节面骨折及治疗关节内合并损伤患者26例,对骨折进行内固定,观察治疗效果。结果所有患者治疗后3～4个月骨折愈合,未出现切口感染、愈合不良及骨筋膜室综合征。术后随访5～20个月,按照Rasmussen标准评定疗效,优17例,良8例,可1例。结论关节镜监视下治疗胫骨平台骨折具有创伤小、复位固定满意、可一期处理关节内合并伤等优势,其远期并发症少,膝关节功能良好,值得推广应用。
Objective To assess the result of arthroscopic assisted internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures in 26patients.Methods Using the arthroscope to treat 26patients with tibial plateau fractures.Results The 26patients were all healed within 3～4months,without severe complications such as poor wound healing,infection of osteofascial compartment syndrome.All patients were followed up for 5～20months showed no traumatic knee osteoarthritis,inversion or eversion of the knee.According to the Rasmussen scoring system,25cases were assessed as excellent or good,one fair.Conclusion Arthroscopic technique in treating tibial plateau fractures offered several advantages such as less damages,accurate reduction,treating concomitant intra-articular lesions earlier.It was worth further clinical application.
