摘要
通过正交试验确定了阻燃剂ＦＲＣ－ ２ 在纯棉织物上的最佳应用工艺：ＦＲＣ － ２ 用量３５０ ～４００ｇ／Ｌ， 催化剂用量１８ ～２０ｇ／Ｌ，焙烘温度１５０ ～１７０ ℃，并在实际生产中，经纯棉纱卡、府绸、帆布耐久阻燃整理。结果表明ＦＲＣ－ ２ 具有优良的阻燃效果和耐洗性，而且不影响整理织物原有风格和内在质量，成本比国外阻燃剂低。
The optimal process conditions of flame retardant FRC-2 finishing of pure cotton are determined through orthogonal experiment: FRC-2 dosage: 350～400g/L; catalyst dosage:18～20g/L; cure temperature:150～170℃. Practical production of durable flame retardant finishing of pure cotton drill, poplin and canvas is per_formed and the result indicates that FRC-2 has superior flame retardancy and washability without adverse effect on the original style of the finished fabric and its inherent quality. Since its cost is lower than that of foreign prod_ucts, it is worthy of promotion and application
