摘要
优选阻燃剂DP-150和CF-190对涤纶织物进行后整理,研究阻燃剂质量浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间和轧液率对阻燃效果的影响。结果表明,阻燃剂DP-150和CF-190在涤纶上具有优良的阻燃效果和耐水洗性,经过100次洗涤后,阻燃效果仍可达到国家标准B1级。
Flame retardant agents DP-150 and CF-190 were applied on polyester fabrics, and the effects of flame retardant agent concentration, curing temperature, curing time and liquor retention on flame retardant property of polyester fabrics were investigated. The results indicated that flame retardant agents DP-150 and CF-190 had good durable flame retardant properties and the finished polyester fabrics could meet the grade 131 of National Standard after 100 times washing.
