摘要
目的分析经常规准分子激光角膜屈光手术（LASIK／LASEK）术前检查后未进行手术的原因。方法对500例（1000眼）近视行常规术前检查后未行手术的原冈进行分析。结果未行LASIK／LASEK的500例中，角膜厚度不足者143例（28．6％）；Diff值偏高（角膜后表面高度图的最高点超出参照面高度50μm）68例（13．6％）；视网膜出血、囊变、裂孔64例（12．8％）；高眼压54例（10．8％）；心理精神因素影响48例（9．6％）；高角膜曲率39例（7．8％）；矫正视力不佳30例（6．0％）；干眼18例（3．6％）；瘢痕体质11例（2．2％）；角膜炎9例（1．8％）；全身病6例（1．2％）；瞳孔过大4例（0．8％）；其他6例（1．2％）。结论准分子激光角膜屈光手术是一种选择性手术，必须严格细致地进行术前检查，严格掌握手术的适席证及禁忌证．确保手术安全。
Objective To investigate the causes that inappropriate for laser refractive keratomileusis （LASIK/LASEK） under regular preoperative examination. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 500 cases （ 1000 eyes） of myopia that were unaccommodated for LASIK or LASEK after regular preoperative examination. Results In the 500 cases,143 cases of them （28.6%） were deficiency in corned thickness;68 cases（ 13.6% ） were high Diff value（ in which the highest point of posterior surface of cornea was over 50 p.m higher than the reference standard） ;64 cases（ 12.8% ） were complicated with retinal diseases of bleeding, cystoid degeneration and holes;54 cases （ 10.8% ） were high intraocular pressure;48 cases （9.6%） were psychological reason;39 cases （7.8%） were with high corneal refractive index;30 cases （6.0%） were poor corrected visual acuity;18 cases （3.6%） were dry eye syndrome;ll cases （2.2%） were cicatricial diathe- sis;9 cases （1.8%） were keratitis; 6 cases （1.2%） were with systemic diseases; 4 cases （0.8%） were large pupil ; and 6 cases （ 1.2% ） were with other diseases. Conclusion Laser refractive keratomileusis is an elective surgery. Strict preoperative examination and careful case selection by its indication should be done for the safety of surgery.
