摘要
作者研究了滑动速度对铸造铝合金-石墨颗粒复合材料在干摩擦下滑动摩擦磨损特性的影响,指出这种复合材料在与钢干摩擦滑动时,摩擦系数和磨损速率有一个共同的滑动速度临界值。在临界值以下的摩擦系数和磨损速率都比较低且变化不大,当超过临界滑动速度时则二者都明显升高。文章还就滑动速度影响摩擦磨损性能的机理和对摩方式可能产生的影响进行了分析。
'The autho'rs deal with the effect of relatively sliding velocity on dry sliding friction and wear of cast aluminium alloy-graphite particles composites.The results show that there exists a critical sliding velocity of the frjctiori coefficient and wear rate of the composite sliding against Irarden steel under dry friction.The friction coefficient and wear rate are lower and vary a little with the sliding velocity below the critical value. But they are increase obviously above the value.Also the authors analyse the effect of sliding velocity and the possible effect of wear test mechanism of friction and wear of the composites.
