摘要
利用传统的斜导柱抽芯机构和弧形导滑槽结合的原理,设计了斜导柱圆弧抽芯注射模,完成了塑件的圆弧抽芯。模具结构简单紧凑、制造方便。
By using the principle which combined the traditional angle pin core-pulling mechanism and arc guide slider,the injection mold with angle pin arc core-pulling was designed.the arc core-pulling of plastic was fulfilled.The mold structure was simple and compact,the manufacture of the mold was convenient.
