摘要
研究了在聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯/过氧化二异丙苯(PP/PS/DCP)反应挤出共混过程中,不同分子结构的多功能单体添加剂对共混物降解的抑制及增容作用的影响。研究发现,多功能单体所含的双键越是靠近分子末端,分子链越长,结构越简单,增容效果越好;若多功能单体分子中含有一定含量的碳—碳双键,则能很好地抑制降解。
One step reactive compatibilization of PP/ PS alloys was studied by using a twin - screw extruder at the presence of dicumyl peroxide (DCP). Compared with mechanical extrusion, reactive extrusion greatly reduced the average dispersed particle size, it was due to the formation of PP - g - PS graft copolymers, which behaved as in situ formed compatibilizer. In order to suppress the degradation of PP chain during the process, some multifunctional monomers such as GTL, TMPTA, DEGDA, and TPGDA were added in combination with DCP. By studying the effect of the monomers on MFR and the morphology of resulted blends, it was found that the flexibility of additive molecules and the reactivity of the double - bond contained in the molecule was crucial for grafting reaction. And there should a certain amount of double bond of carbon in the multifunctional monomers so as to suppress the degradation of PP.
