苯乙烯与丙烯酸改性PP/PS共混物的相形态与动态力学性能 被引量:3

Phase Morphologies and Dynamic Mechanical Properties of PP/PS Blends Modified by Acrylic Acid and Styrene

摘要 制备了反应性单体(S t、AA)改性PP/PS共混物,用TEM、SEM、POM和DM A研究了改性对PP/PS共混物的相结构与动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,反应单体存在异相成核作用与增容作用,并促进PS在PP中的分散,分散相粒子尺寸和PP球晶尺寸明显变小,AA的异相成核作用比S t的大。反应性单体改性提高共混物的储存和损耗模量,AA单体改性共混物的储存模量(E′)和损耗能量(E″)比S t改性的高。 Polypropylene/Polystyrene (PP/PS) blends modified by reactive monomer, such as acrylic acid (AA) and styrene (St) were prepared by melting method. The phase morphologies and dynamic mechanical properties of PP/PS blends were investigated by TEM, SEM, POM and DMA. The result indicates that the reactive monomer promotes the dispersion of PS and reduces the diameter of PS-dispersed particles and spherulite of PP by its effect of compatibilization and heterogeneous nucleation on PP/PS blends. The effect of heterogeneous nucleation of AA on PP/PS blends is more pronounced than that of St. The addition of reactive monomer increase the storage modulus and loss modulus of blends, and the storage modulus and loss modulus of blends modified by AA is much higher than that of blends modified by St.
