摘要
本文介绍了反重力铸造装备技术的分类、应用状况及发展趋势。在反重力铸造装备中,四立柱式装备适用于金属型,具有生产效率高、自动化程度高的特点,而压力罐式装备适合砂型、石膏型、精铸模壳等铸型材料,可用于不同种类大中小型铸件的生产。随着工业控制技术的发展,计算机与PLC技术的应用、数字组合阀的研制以及传统控制技术与模糊控制的有机结合,都使反重力铸造液面加压控制系统在压力控制精度、运行可靠性等方面获得了巨大的发展。
Classification,application status and development trend of Counter Gravity Casting Equipment(CGCE) are introduced in detail in this paper.In the CGCE,the four column support type is suitable for metal mold,which is characterized by high productivity and high automation.And the pressure tank type is fit for sand mold,gypsum mold,precision mold casting shell,etc.,which can be applied to the production of large,middle and small castings with different types.With the industrial control technology's development,the computer and PLC technology's application,the digital assembled valve's preparation and the traditional control combined with fuzzy control technology,improve significantly the control precision and reliability of the pressure control system of CGCE.
