摘要
在液相中,钴盐、锰盐、溴化物催化氧气氧化蒽制取蒽醌,当压力为0.5~0.8 MPa,溶剂是芳香性卤代烃和丁酸的混合物(其中丁酸质量分数为15% ~20% )时,蒽醌的产率可达90% ,纯度99.2% 。该混合溶剂对设备无腐蚀作用。
Anthraquinone is prepared by the liquid phase oxidation of anthracene with oxygen in the presence of cobaltous salt,manganous salt and bromide.When the pressure is 0 5~0 8 MPa and a mixture of aromatic halide and butanoic acid(accounting for 15%~20%)is used as solvent,the product yield can come up to 90% with a purity of 99 2%.The cosolvent is not corrosive to equipment.
