摘要
研究了碱浓度对氧气液相氧对硝基甲苯制取对硝基苯甲酸的影响,发现对硝基苯甲酸的收率随着碱浓度的增加而增加,当碱浓度为4.8mol/L时,以甲醇为溶剂,在50℃、2.0MPa氧压下反应12h可获得81.1%的对硝基苯甲酸收率,粗品纯度可达98.0%以上。
The effect of alkali concertrations on the preparation of p-nitrobenzoic acid by oxidation of p-nitrotoluene with dioxygen in liquid phase was ivestigated. As it turned out, the yields of p-nitrobenzoic acid increased with the alkali concentrations increased. p-nitrobenzoic acid in 8.1% yield with a purity more than 98.0% was obtained by using alkali concentration of 4.8 mol/ L and methanol as a solvent at 50 ℃. 2.0Mpa O2 pressure for 12 hrs.
