摘要
报道了微波辐射下壳聚糖锌配合物的合成,考察了一些主要因素对壳聚糖锌配合物的影响。结果表明,在其他条件相同的条件下,微波辐射下合成的壳聚糖锌配合物锌含量比水浴加热合成的配合物锌含量高。并考察了辐射时间、不同配比、不同浓度和不同种类的酸对配合物锌含量的影响。
The synthesis of chitosan Zn(Ⅱ) complexes under microwave irradiation is studied,and the effects of some factors on the product are also investigated.Compared with water bath heating,the Zn content in chitosan Zn(Ⅱ)complexes synthesized under microwave irradiation is higher.The effects of various acids different in concentration,ratio and irradiation time on the Zn content are also investigated.
