摘要
通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对哈尔滨速滑队及哈尔滨体育学院运动人体科学系学生各20名进行琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性比较分析。结果显示:实验组和对照组SDH活性具有明显的差异性。经过对数据处理和分析,总结出SDH对运动时供能具有一定的作用,对长距离速滑运动员的科学选材有重要的帮助。从而为我国在速滑运动员选材提供了一定的参考依据。
Base on the documentation,experimental and statistical methods,this article focuses on Harbin Speed skating team and human movement science students of Harbin Institute of P.E.in the 20 to succinate dehydrogenase（SDH） activity.The results indicate that experimental group and control group＇s SDH activity has an obvious difference.After the collation and analysis of data,SDH has a role on sport for energy,it＇s important helpful to scientific selection of the long-distance skaters.Thus to our skating athlete in selection process provides a reference for quantification.
