摘要
在统计信息系统理论指导下,从信息运动的角度,即通过统计信息的搜集、加工、开发和解释4个过程,讨论了统计认识过程中统计设计、数据的收集、数据处理和分析各个环节的思想实质以及应用中值得注意的问题.目的在于提高统计方法运用质量,防止数据挖掘中出现信息损失、信息失真现象,避免造成价值信息的遗漏或误用,从而影响应用者对再生信息的解释和分析质量.
Under the framework of statistical information system, the paper tries to probe into the thinking essence of statistical design, the collection of data, statistical processing and analyzing as well as the problems that should be given specific attention in its application in the process of the statistical understanding, which is conducted from the angle of information transferring, that is the four procedures of the collecting, processing, exploring and explaining of statistical information. The aims of such analyses are to improve the quality of the application of statistical measures, to avoid the loss of information and lack of fidelity in the analysis of data, which will lead to the loss or misuse of valuable information, even further influence the quality of explanation and analysis of regenerated information.
