摘要
根据镀层张应力增加的量值分析,推导氢的有效扩散系数及其在镀后立刻离开镀层的体积的测量方法,测量了在硫酸镍槽液中电沉积镍时氢的解吸体积和有效扩散系数。
By the quantity analysis of tensile stress increasing in deposit,the hydrogen effective diffusion coefficient and the volume of hydrogen fleeing from the deposit were deduced. The experiment was carried out on nickel electroplating in sulfate solution.
